People don't need to be blood relatives to be considered "family" to Roger. I quickly learned that as I began dating Eric. His big warm hugs and smile was all I needed to snap into a happier mood. Roger's visits were fun: teasing us about being Denver Bronco's fans, eating at restaurants, sassy conversations and laughs. He gave me, Grace and Devin countless mini M&M's - because they taste better than regular sized M&M's. And, Eric got the latest spicy food/snack inventions or As Seen on TV gadgets. Roger holds a special place in our hearts and we will deeply miss him.

My prayers are with all of Roger's family and friends. I would always get excited when "uncle Roger" would stop in when we were kids and up at Michael and Janice's house. He always would put a smile on our face with his silly jokes and charming attitude. He will be greatly missed. God Bless you all!

The Ostlien's would like to send our heartfelt condolences to Enid, Jancie,Larry and all of the extended Shultz family. We have fond memories of Roger as a child and student at Plumb Creek School. He was a lot of fun to be around with an infectious grin. Judie and Donna enjoyed playing with Roger and Larry when Helen and Dollie would go to visit and crossing that foot wide foot bridge. We also remember when his Mom called him "Petie". We know his family will miss him.
