Larry was born on September 13, 1942 in Pierre, SD to his parents, Gust and Lucy (Bonhorst) Larson. He graduated Midland High School and later from the University of South Dakota earning a bachelor’s degree in business. He was the president of the school’s Investment Club.

He went to work with his dad at 12 years old at Midland Grain and Lumber to make the grain elevator work. They were successful and were able to make Midland their permanent home for generations to come.

They lived in various communities in the upper Midwest after he left the family business and went to work for Wayne Feeds (Allied Mills), which was bought by Hubbard Feeds and later Continental Grain. Larry stayed on with each move. He loved to assist farmers in improvement of their livestock, soil and family’s prosperity.

Larry was a voracious reader with a passion for learning. He traveled the world in order to better understand himself and humanity as a whole. He loved nature and the outdoors. He enjoyed taking his children and grandchildren to parks. Larry was an active member of the Isaac Walton League.

I normally don’t feel comfortable investing online but because the company I worked for downsized due to the pandemic and I was one of those affected and I needed to make more money to sustain my family and needs, I had to invest the money I had with [Coinbloc.us ] and I’ve earned more and still earning with them.
They’re safe and reliable. Earn 20-30% in months of investing.

We were saddened to hear of Larry's death and we extend our thoughts and prayers to his wife, Jean, and his family. Murph has fond memories of discussions with Larry regarding various historical events at numerous Wayne Feed meetings over the years. He appreciated Larry's assertiveness in efforts to satisfy customers with Wayne Feeds.

Larry was two years older than I, and I have so many wonderful memories of growing up and working together on our grandparents farm. He will always be a huge part of my childhood. My condolences and sorrow to all of his family and friends. Vaya con Dios Hermano...
