of Murdo, South Dakota, died on Monday, May 6, 2024 at Avera St. Mary's Hospital in Pierre at the age of 78
Survivors include two sons Tyrel Herbaugh of Murdo and Clayton Herbaugh of Crow Creek; granddaughter Emma Piskule; brother Alvis Crazy Bear of Hot Springs; two sisters Lucy Crazy Bear of Murdo and Melva Crazy Bear of Lawrence, Kansas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Isaac and Alvina Crazy Bear; brother Larry Crazy Bear; two sisters Belva Stone and Bessie Dress; two half-sisters Myrna Pierce and Eleanor Woman Dress; and ex-husband Roger Herbaugh.

What a Friend she was I worked many year with her at the Kadoka Nursing Home .Julie was such a kind careing person and drove from Murdo to work everyday not missing many because of bad weather. She will be remember by many. You earned your Angel Wings. ~ Bonnie Madsen Kadoka South Dakota (5/7/2024)
