"If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, we'd walk right up to heaven and bring You home again."

"A Simple Prayer"

Lord, when my soul is weary and my heart is tired and sore, and I have that failing feeling that I can't take any more; then let me know the freshening found in simple childlike prayer, when the kneeling soul knows surely that a listening Lord is there.

As we walk through life, we leave a trail of our legacy here on Earth, memories to cherish, and an emptiness in the hearts of those that were privileged to know you. We will miss you very much.

We used to to the Ridge for coffee and rolls after church on Sunday's. Clarence and Frances were always there. At the women's table we chatted about many things. The one thing, I will always remember Frances by was, she said "any flat surface will be piled on....the top of the refrigerator, washing machine, tables, chairs.." The conversation I am sure was about cleaning and how we always have things to pick up. She was a special lady. I will miss her.
